Terminus Named to Inc. Magazine’s Top 50 Best Workplaces for 2017

ATLANTA — Terminus, the leading account-based marketing (ABM) platform has been named one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2017. This was Inc.’s second annual ranking of the fast-growing private company sector. Out of thousands of applicants, Inc. singled out just over 200 winning companies. Terminus ranked in the Top 50 for Inc.’s 2017 Best Workplaces with a score of 95.

Featured in the June 2017 issue, the Best Workplaces list is the result of a wide-ranging and comprehensive measurement of private American companies that have created exceptional workplaces through vibrant cultures, deep employee engagement, and stellar benefits.

“We feel incredibly honored to be recognized by Inc. Magazine as we work extremely hard to foster a great culture and work environment,” said Eric Spett, CEO & Co-Founder of Terminus. “We knew we had the #1 Best Place to Work in Atlanta. Now with this recognition from Inc., we know we have one of the best workplaces in the country.”

Since the launch of its ABM platform in 2015, Terminus has experienced incredible growth, scaling from three co-founders to more than 100 full-time “Terminators.” In 2017, Terminus has continued setting the pace for early-stage SaaS companies. Terminus raised its Series B of $10.3M and was named the #2 fastest growing company (#1 in the software category) in the Pacesetter Awards from the Atlanta Business Chronicle. In addition to making Inc.’s Best Workplaces, Terminus ranked #1 in Employee Appreciation from the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

“All of our ‘Terminators’ are simply amazing and there aren’t enough words to share how important this recognition is to our company,” Spett said. “We are committed to our mission of making B2B marketers heroes in their organizations and to pushing the limits of what it means to be a great company.”

Built in partnership with employee engagement and work culture experts Quantum Workplace of Omaha, Nebraska, Inc.’s Best Workplaces list is a magnifying glass on how innovative companies can truly raise the bar in hiring and retaining the best talent. The 2017 Inc. Best Workplaces Awards assessed applicants on the basis of benefits offered and employees’ responses to a unique, 30-question survey fielded by each of the applying companies.

“By introducing an employee survey into this year’s Best Workplaces selection process, we’ve really raised the bar. Companies that don’t score at the very top of their peer group don’t make the cut,” said Eric Schurenberg, Inc.’s President and Editor In Chief. “So, our hats are off to the winners. They all excelled at engaging their workers, making them feel appreciated, and aligning them behind a mission. And remember, that’s not just our opinion: The employees told us that themselves.”
