The VP, Network Operations reports to the Senior Vice President of Operations and is responsible for defining and executing the strategy for network operations in close collaboration with the general managers of the network business. As a key member of the operations leadership team, this role will be responsible for an organization of approximately 200+ staff. This team will play a key role in driving the growth of network business through operational efficiency and excellence.
Position Description• Develop and execute strategy to better serve our clients in network operations, while remaining aligned with, and accountable to, the SVP, Operations and the General Managers of the network businesses for team performance• Using data-driven and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, improve operational performance of our company’s networks operations teams• Actively contribute to roadmap and strategy development, including network convergence plans, representing the voice of the customer• Consistently develop and deliver productivity improvements to streamline network operations to be more efficient on a unit and total expense basis• Collaborate with Operations colleagues to identify and share best practices throughout enterprise operations• Execute strategies to improve NPS scores in network operations. Use data as the basis for decisions• Promote accountability and teamwork through your leadership and strong communications with all teams. And, define the appropriate organization, including leader selection, to facilitate outstanding operational performance
Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 8 years’ network operations experience
Critical Skills: Communication – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Knowledge & Skills• Healthcare network operations experience preferred• A minimum of 5 years’ management experience• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies strongly preferred
Education• Bachelor’s degree required• Master’s degree preferred
Travel: Up to 25%
