Choose the Wild Pitch People’s Choice Winner at the World’s First Live Gamified Pitch Contest
DIG SOUTH’s Wild Pitch competition is almost here, opening on Tuesday, April 26 at the Charleston Gaillard Center! 12 top startups from across the region will compete at DIG Venture & Demo Day, the “South’s Capitol of Capital,” for the Wild Pitch title plus cash and other prizes.
To celebrate the 3rd year of Wild Pitch, DIG SOUTH partnered with 2015 Wild Pitch winner, Bidr.co, to launch ChargeUp a Startup — the world’s first live, crowdfunded pitch contest. Through ChargeUp, DIG attendees (YOU!)can contribute directly to the prize and vote on a “People’s Choice” winner through an exciting, gamified experience at the event. To enter now through April 26, the public can visit http://text.gives/chargeup and select a favorite Wild Pitch startup. Scroll through and choose to “jolt”, “bolt” or “super charge” your pick, contributing to the overall prize.*
To vote for a favorite startup during Wild Pitch on April 26, the audience can live text each startup’s keyword to 33923 or to 843-606-5995 or they can still go the site to contribute.
