Brian M. Alwine, CPA, ASA joined Redwood Valuation as a Director in early 2020.
Alwine brings 20 years of business valuation experience to Redwood, having worked with hundreds of clients across the USA. His projects have ranged from valuing entrepreneurial startups to working with publicly traded enterprises in a wide range of industries. Alwine is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) in Business Valuation with the American Society of Appraisers.

His connections and technical expertise further strengthen our East Coast presence, which grew from our roots in the West Coast venture capital industry.” Prior to joining Redwood, Alwine began his career at a prominent national CPA firm, where he worked in valuation and venture capital audits. He then founded and later sold his own business valuation firm.
