The recruitment content platform evaluated more than 1,000 employers headquartered in and around the nation’s capital to find leadership teams going above and beyond to put employees at the forefront – honoring their talents, sharing their voices, and showing thanks to their contribution. D.C is the second market for this research after Nashville, TN.
The first non-self-selection workplace list of its kind, GoodSeeker defines a “values-driven” employer as one that inspires an authentic and inclusive culture, celebrates employee success, and connects talent to its brand in a positive way. Using online data and social media monitoring GoodSeeker created a methodology and criteria to determine who was eligible for the list, and an employer’s overall “Story Power.” The GoodSeeker team scored and ranked companies based on a variety of factors to indicate a commitment to values, celebrating employee success, and using employee success stories in communications.
